 This visit includes complete head to toe assessment, lab review, medication review, nutritional counseling, B-12 injection(s), and  4 week supply of Semaglutide injections.
 

This visit will address minor issues as follows: Allergies.

Colds and Flu, Diarrhea, Headaches, Sinus Infection(s), Stomach Aches, etc. Any major issue should be consulted with your primary physician. 

This visit will include a lab and prescription history review.

This visit will include a fitness evaluation and guidance through expected exercises for the session. Please arrive 15 minutes in advance with a notebook and pencil to record exercises performed.
